When you become a Lift athlete, the first thing I’ll do is get to know you. We’ll discuss your goals and your training history, any injuries, and how much time you can commit to training.
Next up, a comprehensive physical assessment. On your end, this couldn’t be easier. I’ll send you the movement instructions, you’ll use your phone to film yourself performing them, then I’ll get to work analysing the video.
This helps me understand your body’s unique movement characteristics and identify any weaknesses or imbalances. Depending on your sport, you’ll also complete a number of performance tests. We’ll use these as a benchmark to track your progress over the coming weeks.
You’ll get feedback on the results, and a full explanation of how they inform our training. Your programme will be 100% tailored to you as an individual, including specific warm-ups, strength and power exercises, mobility, stability, plyometrics and more. There’s no one-size-fits-all here.
You’ll access your sessions and log your progress using our app, which also includes video guides for every exercise.
You’ll get a full programme review every four weeks. I’ll analyse your progression and goals, and design your next four weeks accordingly. This means you never get bored of the same old sessions, and the results keep coming.
We’ll check-in weekly and make adjustments whenever you need them. Plus, I’ll be available to you throughout the week for video analysis, or simply a little extra support.
The price is £150 per four weeks.
